2005 California Education Code Sections 48031 Article 4. High Schools

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 48031 

48031.  Any person who is eligible to attend high school and who
does not reside in a high school district or in a unified school
district may attend high school in any high school district or
unified school district in the county in which he or she resides or
in another county.
