2005 California Education Code Sections 340 Article 9. Interpretation

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 340 

340.  Under circumstances in which portions of this statute are
subject to conflicting interpretations, Section 300 shall be assumed
to contain the governing intent of the statute.
