2005 California Corporations Code Sections 18340 Article 4. Amendment of Governing Documents

CORPORATIONS CODE
SECTION 18340 

18340.  If an unincorporated association's governing principles do
not provide a procedure to amend the association's governing
documents, the governing documents may be amended by a vote of the
members.
