4540. After January 1, 1970, no person shall perform services described in Section 4502 without a license issued under this chapter. 4541. It is unlawful for any person to use any title or letters which imply that he is a certified or licensed psychiatric technician unless at the time of so doing he holds a valid, unexpired, and unrevoked certificate or license issued under this chapter. 4542. It is unlawful for any person willfully to make any false representation, impersonate any other person, or permit or aid any other person in any manner to impersonate him in connection with any examination or application for a license. 4543. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 10 days nor more than one year, or by a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
