- (a) The Office of Driver Services shall obtain a copy of every accident report filed with the Division of Arkansas State Police as required under Acts 1937, No. 300, as amended.
- (b) The Office of Driver Services shall reimburse the Division of Arkansas State Police for the cost, if any, of preparing copies of the accident reports.
