§ 27-50-301. Applicability of criminal code
Universal Citation: AR Code § 27-50-301 (2020)
Any moving traffic law violation not enumerated in § 27-50-302 shall be known as a violation as defined in §§ 5-1-105 and 5-1-108, and shall be punishable as provided under § 5-4-201.
