§ 25-18-501. State agency contracts
Universal Citation: AR Code § 25-18-501 (2020)
When any state agency enters into a contract with any entity, the contract shall be deemed a public record in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq.
