§ 16-123-310. Discrimination in sale or rental of housing

  1. (a) Because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin a person shall not:

    1. (1) Refuse to sell or rent a dwelling to a person who has made a bona fide offer;

    2. (2) Refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of a dwelling; or

    3. (3) Otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling to any person.

  2. (b) A person shall not discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling or in providing services or facilities in connection with the sale or rental because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin.
