§ 3-2-203. Enforcement division -- Director and staff

(a) The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division shall be appointed by the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration and shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration.
(b) All enforcement personnel of the division shall be named by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division.
