§ 12-9-111. Uniforms.

  • (a) After seeking prior review by the Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee and approval by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training shall be exempt from § 19-6-109(c) for the purpose of buying uniforms for students and law enforcement officers employed by the commission.

  • (b) The amount spent for the purchase of uniforms in any one (1) year shall be limited to forty thousand dollars ($40,000).
