§ 5-71-205. Unlawful assembly

Universal Citation: AR Code § 5-71-205 (2017)
  • (a) A person commits the offense of unlawful assembly if he or she:
    • (1) Assembles with two (2) or more other persons; and
    • (2) Has the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting a riot.
  • (b) Unlawful assembly is a Class C misdemeanor.
