§ 27-14-1304. Rules and regulations

- (a)
- (1) The Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall promulgate rules and regulations and prescribe forms for the proper enforcement of this subchapter.
- (2) The rules, regulations, and forms shall be dated and issued under a systematic method of numbering.
- (b)
- (1) A complete file of all rules, regulations, and forms shall be kept in the office of the director.
- (2) Copies of the rules, regulations, and forms shall be made available to any person requesting them.
