§ 25-17-303. Enforcement

- (a) The prosecuting attorney or the city attorney, as may be appropriate, shall appear and prosecute all actions arising in any court under the provisions of this subchapter.
- (b) All fines which may be collected by any court on account of the violation of § 5-40-104 [repealed] or § 25-17-307 shall be paid into the same fund as are fines levied for the same or similar violations by the court hearing the matter.
