§ 22-2-104. Creation of Building Authority Division
Universal Citation: AR Code § 22-2-104 (2017)
The Building Authority Division of the Department of Finance and Administration is created. The division shall carry out the duties and responsibilities set out in § 22-2-108 under the policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures established by the Department of Finance and Administration.
