§ 16-95-105. Escape -- Penalty

Any prisoner who shall escape from custody while in another state or jurisdiction pursuant to the Agreement on Detainers shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be sentenced to a term of not less than three (3) years nor more than five (5) years in the Department of Correction.
