§ 6-41-402 - Definitions.

AR Code § 6-41-402 (2015) What's This?

As used in this subchapter:

(1) "Compliance citation" means a citation issued by the Department of Education that documents a school's failure to comply with state education laws;

(2) "Department" means the Department of Education; and

(3) "Individualized education program" means the evaluation of the educational needs of a child with disabilities conducted pursuant to ยง 6-41-217.
