§ 5-64-702 - Promulgation of rules and regulations.

AR Code § 5-64-702 (2015) What's This?

(a) The Department of Health and Human Services may promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.

(b) The rules and regulations described in subsection (a) of this section shall be promulgated pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ยง 25-15-201 et seq.
