§ 5-54-210 - Restitution.

AR Code § 5-54-210 (2015) What's This?

In addition to any other restitution ordered under ยง 5-4-205, the court may order that a person who violates this subchapter make restitution to the state or any of its political subdivisions for any cleanup costs associated with the commission of any offense in this subchapter.
