§ 22-2-104 - Creation.

AR Code § 22-2-104 (2015) What's This?

The Building Authority Division of the Department of Finance and Administration is created. The division shall carry out the duties and responsibilities set out in ยง 22-2-108 under the policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures established by the Department of Finance and Administration with the advice of the Building Authority Council.
