§ 20-20-223 - Reciprocal agreements.

AR Code § 20-20-223 (2015) What's This?

The State Plant Board may waive all or part of the examination requirements provided for in ยงยง 20-20-209 -- 20-20-211 and 20-20-217 on a reciprocal basis with any other state which has substantially the same standards and so long as out-of-state applicators are made subject to enforcement procedures provided in this subchapter to the same extent as those applicators examined and certified in this state.
