§ 20-13-1107 - Procedure for challenge.

AR Code § 20-13-1107 (2015) What's This?

(a) A person may challenge the completeness or accuracy of criminal history information pursuant to § 12-12-1013.

(b) The Division of EMS and Trauma Systems of the Department of Health shall follow the established procedures for applicants to challenge determinations in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., as stated in the current EMS Rules and Regulations.
