§ 20-10-1008 - Disposition of civil penalties.

AR Code § 20-10-1008 (2015) What's This?

All moneys received from the imposition of civil penalties levied by the state on long-term care facilities found to be out of compliance with the requirements of this subchapter shall be deposited into the Long-Term Care Trust Fund for uses as prescribed in ยง 20-10-209.
