§ 16-90-713 - Awards apart from prosecution.

AR Code § 16-90-713 (2015) What's This?

(a) An award may be made whether or not any person is prosecuted or convicted.

(b) The Crime Victims Reparations Board may suspend the proceedings pending disposition of a criminal prosecution that has been commenced or is imminent but may make a tentative award under ยง 16-90-716.
