§ 14-57-304 - Permit required.

AR Code § 14-57-304 (2015) What's This?

(a) No person, firm, corporation, or association shall engage in or carry on the business referred to in ยง 14-57-302 in cities of the first or second class without first procuring from the governing body of the municipality in which it is proposed to operate a permit so to do.

(b) Governing bodies of these cities are authorized to grant or to refuse these permits.
