§ 14-47-136 - Bond of officers and employees.

AR Code § 14-47-136 (2015) What's This?

All officers and employees of a city reorganized under this chapter with the exception of the city manager, whose bond requirement is controlled by ยง 14-47-119, shall be required to make bond in such amount, on such form, and with such security as may meet the approval of the board of directors.
