§ 14-206-106 - Public hearing.

AR Code § 14-206-106 (2015) What's This?

Upon receipt of an application complying with ยงยง 14-206-104 and 14-206-105, the commission shall fix a date for the commencement of a public hearing on the application. The testimony presented at the hearing may be presented in writing or orally. The commission may make rules designed to exclude repetitive, redundant, or irrelevant testimony.
