Chapter 74 - Taxing Agencies -- Borrowing And Bankruptcy
§ 14-74-105 - Participation by state departments.
Any department of this state authorized by any law of this state to purchase, own, or hold as security any bonds issued by any agencies or districts enumerated in the previous provisions of this chapter is authorized and empowered to give its consent to and participate in any plan, composition, or arrangement for the readjustment or refunding of the bonded indebtedness of any of the districts or agencies set out in ยง 14-74-102.
