§ 14-386-502 - Validation of existing districts.
The organization of all fencing districts created and established by order of any county court in the State of Arkansas, which have not been abandoned or dissolved by the judgment or order of any court of competent jurisdiction, are ratified and confirmed. All districts are declared to be legal entities in the nature of quasi-municipal corporations, public agencies with all powers and authorities vested in them by the provisions of ยงยง 14-386-101 -- 14-386-108, 14-386-111, 14-386-113, 14-386-115 -- 14-386-119, 14-386-121, 14-386-122, and all legislation supplementary thereto.
