AR Code § 7-9-411 (2012) What's This?

The Arkansas Ethics Commission shall have the same power and authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter as is provided the commission under ยงยง 7-6-217 and 7-6-218 for the enforcement of campaign finance laws.
