AR Code § 4-34-104 (2012) What's This?

One (1) or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation authorized by this chapter by filing for incorporation in the same manner as for nonprofit corporations under the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, ยง 4-33-101 et seq.
