§ 4-31-302 - Definitions.
For purposes of this section and ยงยง 4-31-301 and 4-31-303, "foreign bank or trust company with fiduciary powers" means a bank or trust company organized under the laws of and having its principal office in the District of Columbia or any territory or state of the United States other than the State of Arkansas, and any national bank having its principal office in the District of Columbia or a territory or another state, which bank or trust company is empowered to act as a fiduciary.
