§ 23-4-625 - Rate increase not effective until final order.


AR Code § 23-4-625 (2012) What's This?

Unless the Arkansas Transportation Commission [abolished] finds an immediate and impelling necessity exists or if the commission fails to enter a timely order as provided in ยง 23-4-624, no public utility shall place any rate increase into effect until a final decision and order is made by the commission.
