AR Code § 23-4-415 (2012) What's This?
An application for rehearing pursuant to ยง 23-2-422 filed by a party aggrieved by the final order of the Arkansas Public Service Commission shall not stay the effectiveness of the order as it pertains to refunds of excessive bonded collections.
