AR Code § 22-2-118 (2012) What's This?

The Arkansas Building Authority is authorized to employ, except as limited by ยง 22-2-108(9), such persons as may be necessary to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates of costs for capital improvements which, under the provisions of this chapter, are the responsibility of the authority.
