§ 20-10-806 - Administration -- Rules and regulations.


AR Code § 20-10-806 (2012) What's This?

(a) This subchapter shall be administered by the Division of Health Facilities Services of the Division of Health of the Department of Health and Human Services.

(b) The State Board of Health shall adopt, promulgate, and enforce such rules, regulations, and standards as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes of this subchapter. The rules, regulations, and standards shall be modified, amended, or rescinded from time to time by the board as may be in the public interest, after first complying with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ยง 25-15-201 et seq.
