AR Code § 20-10-602 (2012) What's This?

The Division of Aging and Adult Services of the Department of Health and Human Services shall establish and administer an ombudsman program in accordance with the Older Americans Act, as amended, and all applicable federal and state laws, including the Arkansas Adminstrative Procedure Act, ยง 25-15-201 et seq.
