AR Code § 16-117-210 (2012) What's This?

Receivers and others appointed who are subject to the provisions of ยงยง 16-117-203, 16-117-205, 16-117-206, 16-117-209, and 16-117-210 may be removed at any time by the court when it satisfactorily appears that they have failed to discharge any duty incumbent on them or for other sufficient cause. This may be done upon the motion of any person interested either as party, creditor, or otherwise.
