§ 9-27-101 - Appointment of supervisor of juvenile court work.
9-27-101. Appointment of supervisor of juvenile court work.The Director of the Department of Human Services is authorized and empowered to appoint a supervisor of juvenile court work and such other employees as may be necessary, over which organization, supervisor, and employees the Department of Human Services shall have exclusive direction and control.
