§ 6-23-204 - Charter renewal.
6-23-204. Charter renewal.The State Board of Education is authorized to renew charters of conversion public charter schools on a one-year or multiyear basis, not to exceed five (5) years, after the initial five-year period if the renewal is approved by the local school board.
