§ 6-19-105 - Bus drivers -- Liability.
6-19-105. Bus drivers -- Liability.The driver or operator of a bus used for the transportation of school children to and from school or to and from other school activities as declared by the school district board of directors to be school activities shall be liable in damages for the death of or injury to any school child resulting from a failure of the driver or operator to use reasonable care while transporting pupils.
