§ 6-18-405 - Participation.
6-18-405. Participation.Every public high school student in the pilot locations who is enrolled in the core curriculum established pursuant to 6-61-217 shall take the American College Test assessment prior to the completion of the spring semester of his or her junior year unless the student's parents, guardians, or persons in loco parentis request in writing that the student not participate.
