3-4-806. Mitigation of fines or penalties.The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall consider certification of a permittee in the responsible permittee program in mitigation of administrative penalties or fines for a permittee's or employee's violation of state laws and regulations relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
