§ 3-4-220 - Duplicate permits.
3-4-220. Duplicate permits.Whenever a permit shall be lost or destroyed without fault on the part of the permittee or his or her agents or employees, a duplicate permit in lieu thereof may be issued by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division in his or her discretion and in accordance with its rules and regulations, on payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00).
