§ 27-23-126 - Notification of out-of-service order.
27-23-126. Notification of out-of-service order.The law enforcement officer issuing an out-of-service order to a commercial motor vehicle driver pursuant to 27-23-113 or compatible law shall within thirty (30) days report such issuance to the Office of Driver Services.
