§ 27-20-117 - Automatic issuance of operator's license.
27-20-117. Automatic issuance of operator's license.Notwithstanding any provision of this subchapter or any other laws to the contrary, when a person holding a valid motor-driven cycle operator's license reaches sixteen (16) years of age, he or she shall automatically be issued a motorcycle operator's license and shall not be required to submit to the examinations prescribed by 27-20-108.
