§ 25-10-130 - Employee assistance programs -- Prohibition of agreement for services.
25-10-130. Employee assistance programs -- Prohibition of agreement for services.The Department of Human Services shall not enter into any contract, memorandum of understanding, or interagency agreement for an employee assistance program that provides health-related services such as, but not limited to, drug or alcohol treatment services for the employees of the department.
