§ 24-11-813 - Clerk's report to pension review board.
24-11-813. Clerk's report to pension review board.It is made the duty of the clerk of each city, town, or fire improvement district in which an organized firemen's pension and relief fund is maintained to file on or before December 31 of each year a report with the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board of the number of fire fighters with their names, dates of appointment, dates of retirement, birth dates, amounts of pensions paid, and other information as required by the pension review board.
