23-112-204. Rules and regulations.The Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission shall have power to prescribe, issue, amend, and rescind, pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, 25-15-201 et seq., such reasonable rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
