§ 22-8-204 - Applicability.
22-8-204. Applicability.This subchapter shall not apply to the elected constitutional officers of the state, to the moneys appropriated by the General Assembly for financing the statutory responsibilities of these officers, to the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department, nor to any local political subdivision.
