§ 19-10-209 - Time for filing.
19-10-209. Time for filing.No claim may be considered and allowed by the Arkansas State Claims Commission unless it has been filed with the director of the commission as provided by this subchapter within the period allowed by law for the commencement of an action for the enforcement of the same type of claim against a private person.
